c) the attestation that the procedures specified in letters a) and b) were made known, also with regard to their content, to those whom the data have been communicated or divulged to, except in the case where such requirement is impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

The Data Holder is MODELLERIA BRAMBILLA SRL with head offices in CORREGGIO (RE), Via Del Progresso no. 1 in the person of its legal representative pro tempore. Processing of data related to the web services of this site is performed at the address of the Data Holder and at the offices of Marco Mondadori Comunicazione srl, supplier and entity responsible for the processing of personal data, and at the Server Farm of the Gruppo Zucchetti, where data is processed strictly by specially assigned technical staff or by staff assigned to maintenance on an occasional basis.

Data is processed using instruments appropriate to guarantee its safety and confidentiality as established by the technical discipline governing the minimum measures of safety with access controlled and limited to authorized entities.The data will be stored in the database at the head offices of the company.
This privacy statement may be modified periodically and the use of the information collected is subject to the privacy statement in effect at the time of its use.
